Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Crodeon webshop. Please read this shipping policy for more information about how we ship your order.

Eligible regions

Because of limitations enforced by our SIM-card provider, our technology operates only in the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

In order to prevent complaints, we do not accept orders from people or companies domiciled or established in other countries.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, according to the following geographical regions.

We work with GLS for deliveries throughout Europe. Even though they provide excellent and reliable service, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from GLS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

Damages

In order to protect the products during shipment, Crodeon will carefully package the products while preparing your shipment. As a result, products usually arrive in a good state without damages.

If nevertheless you receive a damaged product, please get in touch and provide pictures of the packaging and the damaged items immediately (and at the latest two working days) after receipt of your order.
