For your ease assembled onto a 5m PUR cable with M12 connector for direct compatibility with every Reporter, our sensor module for remote monitoring. Every Crodeon sensor cable is extendable to fit your unique project.
The SHT35 is the high-end version of the SHT3x series, incorporating 15 years of knowledge from Sensirion, the leader in the relative humidity sensor industry. This sensor offers an accuracy of 1,5% RH and 0,1°C (factory calibration). The accuracy can be improved further through manual calibration via the Crodeon Dashboard, our cloud platform where you can watch your live and historic measurements.
Where to use your temperature and humidity sensor
We recommend not using the indoor sensor in direct sunlight. When measuring in direct sunlight the outdoor humidity and temperature sensor should be used. With this option the sensor has been put inside a weather-proof radiation shield.
This relative humidity sensor comes with an on-chip PTFE foil membrane that allows for sensor use under harsh environmental conditions. The on-chip filter lasts over the total sensor lifetime. The indoor RH sensor comes with a double filter protection. An outdoor filter membrane for first layer protection and the on-chip PTFE foil membrane as a second layer.

What is the best accurate temperature and humidity sensor?
The Crodeon RH sensor uses a Sensirion chip. Sensirion is a market leader in humidity measurements, guaranteeing that you will receive the most accurate and precise measurements.
Does a humidity sensor measure temperature?
Yes, a humidity sensor measures temperature as relative humidity cannot be measured without knowing temperature. RH is a value based on how much moisture air can hold when it is at a certain temperature. Warmer air can hold more moisture than colder air.
The correct name would therefore be a temperature humidity sensor or a humidity temperature sensor.
