The Crodeon Dashboard goes hand in hand with Reporter. Every button that you could want to push, every setting that you want to alter: you'll find it on the Dashboard.
In this manual we'll help you with creating a new group and adding new users to the Dashboard.
Creating a new group on the Crodeon Dashboard
1. Go to the Crodeon Dashboard 2. Log in 3. On the left side of your screen, you can press “Add group”
Fill in your “group name” and select “Private”
Press “save”
Add your Reporter to your group
A new Reporter
When you buy a Reporter, you will receive an e-mail to claim your account on the Crodeon Dashboard. After successfully logging in, you will have your own group with your first Reporter in it.
An existing Reporter
1. Go to the configure menu of your Reporter and press on the 3 dots right of the “Configure Reporter” title.
2. Click on “Transfer Reporter”
Select the new group.
Press “Transfer”
PS: You can only transfer Reporters between groups you own.
Adding new users to the Crodeon Dashboard
1. Check with your customer or colleague if they have already created an account on the Crodeon Dashboard.
