One way to counter the coronavirus is by measuring the CO2 levels in schools and office buildings. It is recommended to keep the CO2 concentration below 900ppm at all times. Temperature can also be measured, in an attempt to keep the heating bill under control.
Unfortunately, measuring CO2 is a challenging endeavour. Crodeon aims to help customers in this process by using quality hardware, following manufacturer’s technical instructions and translating these requirements into understandable guidelines for the end user.
This kit contains one CO2 sensor and one Crodeon Reporter. Enjoy live measurements on your pc or smartphone using the Crodeon Dashboard. The built-in alarm engine lets you configure thresholds for each sensor in order to receive notifications by SMS, mail or voice call when something goes wrong.
Pre-calibrated for your convenience
The Crodeon CO2 sensor uses the Sensirion SCD30 module for measuring CO2, temperature and humidity. This self-calibrating dual-channel NDIR sensor requires no manual maintenance by the user, another huge time saver.
During manufacturing of your CO2 sensor, Crodeon performs the FRC calibration algorithm as instructed by Sensirion. No further calibration is required by the end user. The accuracy will not deviate more than +/-50ppm during the lifetime of the sensor. More technical specifications of this sensor can be found in our shop.
1 year subscription included
The Crodeon Reporter requires a yearly subscription to operate. The subscription covers things like connectivity and use of the Crodeon Dashboard. This kit has a 12 months subscription included.
